Airbrush Training Classes
Course 1 (beginning airbrush artist)
-Supplies
Explain the different kinds of paints, spray guns, respirators, masking (tapes, stencils, paper, plastics, etc.), air sources, airbrushes, projectors, digital cameras, copiers, etc. And how they can be used.
-Working with the airbrush
How to gain control of the airbrush (what to practice and what to practice on)
-How to get started (without the hassle)
Talk about the obligations to open a garage (laws & regulations) and how they can be avoided by using new non-toxic paints for automotive use.
-Preparing your surface for base coat
How to prepare the whole surface for a full paint job or to just add your art work to the existing paint.
-Working with straight toners
Explain what straight toners are and how they are used. The difference between opaque paints and transparent paints. (Also explain working with candies & marbleizers.)
-Transferring images
Explain the many quick and unique ways I have come up with over the past 15 years. To transfer the image to the painting surface, so that your project comes out perfectly proportioned every time.
-Beginning Tricks & Techniques
Some of the simple techniques that a beginner can do to pull off some impressive paint schemes. (Stone, cracks, lightning, glass, ice, flames, water, rippling flag, etc.)
-Basic Stenciling
Using basic stencils to build off of or enhance your artwork.

Each Course will consist of 4 days, 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays 10am to 5pm. Lunch will be provided.
Course 1 cost $500.00/per person. all supplies provided.
Course 2 cost $500.00/per person. all supplies provided.
Course 3 cost $800.00/per person. (Course 2 prerequisite)
